- Confirm your booking – Together we agree on pick-up time, what help you need (drop-off only or stay-and-support), and any special instructions.
- Pick-up from home – Rob arrives at your home in Success, Cockburn or surrounding suburbs, helps you load your pet safely into a crate or harness, and checks they are settled.
- Safe drive to the vet – Your pet is transported in a suitable, clean vehicle with calm, confident handling the whole way.
- Support at the appointment (if needed) – If you cannot attend, Rob can stay with your pet, speak with the vet alongside you over the phone, and make sure instructions are written down.
- Return trip home – After the appointment, your pet is brought safely back home and helped back inside, with any medications or vet notes handed over.
- Follow-up – You receive an update on how your pet coped and what the vet recommended so you feel fully informed.
